Your Guide to Domestic and International Delivery Charges
UK Delivery Addresses:
Free UK Postage and Packing applies to all items sold by My Kid Brother for delivery to a valid UK address. All items will be dispatched via Royal Mail within 2-3 working days after the order is placed. If you need your items urgently, please use the gift note box at the checkout to tell us and we'll do all we can to get your order to you quickly. All items are sent by second class recorded post. You can choose to have your items delivered by first class mail, for a small charge of £3.00, if you would like this option please select it at the checkout.
You can also choose to have your items delivered by Royal Mail Special Delivery. Royal Mail will guarantee to deliver before 1pm on the next working day. We charge £9.99 for this service; just select the 'Royal Mail Special Delivery' option during the checkout process.
International Customers:
We welcome orders from international customers. Regrettably we are unable to deliver to Malaysia.
FREE INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY AVAILABLE FOR LARGE ORDERS
European customers spending over £60 will be eligible for free shipping
Non-European Customers spending over £80 will be eligible for free shipping
We aim to dispatch all orders within one working day; if we're unable to do this we will contact you to let you know there has been a slight delay. International delivery usually takes between 5 and 7 days and may take longer during busy periods, we advise customers to order early for Christmas.
We use Royal Mail Air Mail to deliver our international orders.
Your delivery charge will be automatically calculated and charged during the checkout process.
We calculate the price for international delivery using the product's weight. The total amount payable will vary depending on the total weight of all the items purchased.
The table below shows the costs for small package up to 1kg in weight, Medium packages up to 2kg in weight and large packages up to 5 kg in weight. Customer should also be aware that large orders may be split across several parcels but the total amount charged will be calculated on the total weight of the order
Our checkout will calculate the correct shipping costs for you, but to help you plan your purchases, the table below provides the weight used to calculate postage for each item.
