Free UK Postage and Packing

Free UK Postage and Packing applies to all items sold by My Kid Brother. 

All items are sent by second class post. You can choose to have your items delivered by first class mail, for a small charge of £3.00, if you would like this option please select it at the checkout. 

We send all UK orders over £30 by recorded delivery.

If for any reason a next working day dispatch is not possible, we will contact you by email to advise when your items will be sent out.  If you need your order in a hurry please contact us at orders@mykidbrother.co.uk  or call on 01933 225332 and we will do all we can to assist you.

International orders are welcome but will incur a delivery charge and may be liable to import duty and taxation. Please also see our terms relating to transaction currency.

Photographic Images

We provide photographs to help you choose products, whilst we try very hard to ensure the photographs on our website are a true likeness (in fact we take quite a few ourselves once the stock arrives at My Kid Brother) there may be occasions where there are some minor variances between the photograph and the item supplied.  It is important that our customers understand that our photographs should not be taken to be a 100% guarantee of what their items will look like. If upon receipt of the product, it does not meet your expectations in anyway, you may return the item to us in its original condition and packaging for a full refund or exchange.

All photographs remain the property of My Kid Brother and must not be reproduced with out our express permission.

Currency

All transactions are charged in Pounds Sterling. International orders are accepted, where payment should be made in Pounds Sterling, international customers should note they will be liable for all associated charges and where applicable import duties and taxation liabilities.  International orders will also incur a delivery charge.
